Lack of usage with the website is not something that we can account for when it comes to our refund policy. This is not something we track on a user-by-user basis, either, so there’s no way for us to confirm or deny this on our end. More importantly, every customer is given a choice for how long they would like to subscribe when they sign up. We do not make that decision for users and therefore cannot take ownership of that at this time.
We regret to inform you that all purchases and renewals on any Prep Network website are final. Therefore, we cannot issue any refunds for payments that have taken place.
Upon clicking the Complete Purchase button on your checkout, you have agreed to the Prep Network Cancellation Policy, as is clearly stated on the checkout page.
