I didn't authorize the recent charge. Can I request a refund for it?

We understand that billing concerns can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding our subscription process.

 

All purchases and renewals across Prep Network websites are final, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds once a payment has been processed. To help prevent any further charges, subscriptions can be canceled at any time, which will stop future renewals.

 

As a subscription-based service, our plans are set to renew automatically. We make every effort to clearly communicate this during the checkout process, including on the subscription page, within our Terms of Service, and in the confirmation email sent at the time of sign-up.

 

We are committed to maintaining transparency and ensuring our users understand how billing works. However, we recognize that misunderstandings can still happen, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

 

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to the My Account page
3. Select Manage Subscription
4. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
