I did not sign up, how can I get a refund?

We regret any confusion that might have occurred in the event that you do not recall signing up for a subscription but have been charged. 

Purchasing a Prep Network subscription requires several intentional steps on our website. In many cases, a parent, guardian, or athlete may have completed the registration on behalf of the family. Before reaching out, we recommend checking with others in your household to confirm whether the subscription may have been set up by someone else.

If you’re unable to locate the subscription details, our service team is here to help. We can assist in identifying the account and guide you through managing your subscription. You can also manage your plan at any time by logging into the player profile and selecting “Manage Subscription.”

Please note: All Prep Network purchases and renewals are final. To remain fair and consistent with all customers, refunds are not issued once a renewal has been processed.
